GPBOR C.A.R.E. is a 501C3 public charity, registered with the IRS, and owned and operated by the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®. Established in 2013, our mission is to organize one or more events per year in order to collect and distribute charitable funds to RI non-profit organizations. Those organizations shall qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c-3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

GPBOR C.A.R.E. raised $2,000 for each 2019 sponsored non-profit organization. Karli Blossom of Hasbro Children's Hospital Child Life Program and Beth Bixby of Tides Family Services accepted each donation presented at the GPBOR Annual Meeting on 9/18/19. (See more photos here).
GPBOR C.A.R.E. raised $1,500 each for Hope Hospice RI and the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Both were presented at the GPBOR Annual Meeting on 9/12/18. (See more photos here)
Thanks to all our sponsors, players and friends who helped make our 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament of 7/13/17 a success! The proceeds of $21,000 were distributed to Hasbro Children's Hospital Child Life Program, the RI Dream Center and Make-A Wish.
Members of the GPBOR C.A.R.E. Committee volunteered their time January 12, 2017 to prepare dinner for the families who are currently staying at the Providence Ronald McDonald House. Committee member participation is what made this effort such an amazing success.
Our 20th Anniversary Charity Golf Tournament of 7/12/16 (Check our photos on Facebook) raised $19,000 for local RI charities.
GPBOR C.A.R.E.'s Summer Kickoff Bash & Trivia Night of 6/1/16 raised $6,000 for the Providence Ronald McDonald House and the Providence Boys and Girls Clubs. We thank our members, friends, sponsors and guests for their support!
Thank you to all who donated bathing suits and towels throughhout the months of April and May. The Providence Boys and Girls Clubs received the donations on June 9, 2016 and extends their gratitude. They serve over 5,000 children each year. Many will be able to participate in their after school swimming program as a result of your donations!
The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® operates a public charity: GPBOR C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness REALTOR® Events). Formed in 2013, the mission of this charity is to organize one or more events per year in order to collect and distribute chartiable funds to local 501C-3 organizations. REALTORS® care about the communities they live and work in and want to make a difference! We have distributed over $485,000 in addition to conducting food and wish list drives and cooking for families with children requiring medical assistance.
